The exhibition Reality as a Paraphrase is a exploration of human perception and its intrinsic connection to the biological foundations of life. The photographs and objects within this collection stem from reflections on the act of seeing and understanding. Selected works incorporate archival microscopic magnifications, directing attention not only to the intricate biological structures but also to the materiality of the photograph itself. By juxtaposing flat photographic images with three-dimensional objects, I investigate their interplay and mutual influence. Additionally, the series delves into the process of observation— examined both as a rigorous scientific method and as an integral part of everyday experience.
